His name is Heng and no matter the weather, he still sits there, in front of the house, waiting for his owner to return.
Perhaps many of us know the story of the dog named Hachiko. His loyalty was remembered by the Japanese people by carving a bronze statue and placing it right at the gate of Shibuya station (Odate city).
And until now, a similar story is receiving a lot of attention from netizens. The focus of the story is a dog named Heng.
In the shared section, a user with the nickname Panna Lomjan (Thai) wrote: ” This dog’s name is Heng . Its owner sold the house but did not take it with him.
Even though it was sunny and rainy, it still sat in front of the house for the past month. Every car that passes by it looks at it with hope, hoping that the owner will come back to pick it up.”
And just like that, Heng sat in front of the door waiting for his owner to come back to pick him up. Rain or shine, he still left.
Rain or shine, he is still there waiting for his owner to return
Immediately after the sharing and pictures of Heng were posted on social networks, they quickly attracted a lot of attention . Many comments expressed sympathy for Heng, along with their desire to adopt this loyal dog.
Panna Lomjan also added that the people living around witnessed Heng waiting every day for his owner to come pick him up and felt very sorry for him. They occasionally brought him some food and drink to have the strength to wait, unable to bear to see Heng become haggard day by day.
It is known that Panna Lomjan is also a girl who regularly works in the dog and cat rescue group and she also expressed that by posting the story, she will find an owner for Heng or find a good person to adopt him.
Heng’s pitiful face during the long days of waiting
Later, a woman named Soraya came and adopted Heng. But as time passed, people discovered that Heng was not treated or cared for properly and was instead locked in an iron cage in a place that resembled a dog farm.
Not giving up, Heng always tried to force himself to bite into the iron cage to find a way out. And when the image of Heng locked in an iron cage was widely shared, a wave of outrage was raised towards Ms. Soraya.
But instead of making changes or taking action to appease the crowd, Soraya sought the option of not contacting or responding to anyone. Not long after, a man claiming to be Heng’s owner wanted to reclaim him.
Heng became more and more miserable as he had to live in a cage.
However, due to Ms. Soraya’s attitude, Heng still had to live in a pitiful situation of waiting. Perhaps, if he meets his true owner again, Heng will find a source of life!
